What type of apartments do you have and how much will your apartments cost?
The Maritime offers one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.
Our one bedroom apartments start at $1150 and range in square footage from 567 Sq. Ft . – 887 Sq. Ft.
Our two bedroom apartments start at $1790 and range in square footage from 905 Sq. Ft. – 1100 Sq. Ft.
We have both furnished and unfurnished apartments.
What are some of your apartment features?
The Maritime has been designed with sliding bamboo walls offering modern, flexible, floor plans.
Most apartments have bay windows with great City views.
Energy Star® stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in every apartment.
You will find generous closet space and lots of cabinets for storage.
The Maritime is a quiet building with a rich history.
What amenities do you offer?
We have a 24 hour concierge/doorman here to greet you and your guests.
The Maritime has a beautiful roof top fitness center, sun deck and pool.
The water supply at The Maritime is filtered and softened.
We offer free Wi-Fi in our amenity areas and lobby.
Our locker rooms each have a sauna and steam room where you can unwind.
Fine art is displayed throughout the building.
The Maritime also has corporate suites available to residents for short term rental -if you need a little extra room.

What utilities are included in my lease?
Water is included.
How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept short term leases?
Currently, we are offering 1 year leases. Please contact our office to find the most up-to-date availability and lease terms.
Do you have parking?
We have no in house parking although there are several nearby parking options we can help set up for you.
Please ask our leasing office to help you arrange your parking needs.
I have a bike, where can I park it?
We have a bike room on our ground floor.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Packages will be accepted by our concierge and available for you to pick-up. We also are able to pick-up your mail while you are away. We have a commercial refrigerator and freezer on our ground floor where delivered groceries can be held for you until you can pick them up.
